Did you know we use to have face to face HOA meetings in a Church up the street? We think it’s time to go back to face to face HOA meetings this Zoom meeting is getting old with low participation and Covid Restrictions had been lifted a year already. Can you please put a survey or poll for input about this?

Looks like mail kiosks trash bins are full and trash is flying everywhere. There is also one with a missing lid. Does anyone know who takes care of it?

Hi. I sent some photos of the trash around the west entrance to HOAMCO a few days ago.

The best person to notify is our HOAMCO property manager, Jeremy Woods. His email is jwoods@hoamco.com.

We thought they are “regularly” making their rounds in the neighborhood for inspections & upkeeps to our neighborhood. We pay our HOA fees. Shouldn’t our fees pay for this service instead of us sending pictures to tell them on what to do?

          Right… a reasonable expectation.

Property managers usually have multiple communities assigned to them, however. So their week is divided up between those locations. And, much of their work takes place at the management company office, phone calls, and Zoom meetings.

There’s actually a different person that drives through each neighborhood on a regular basis. I believe it’s once or twice a month.

            We understand reasonable expectations. LOL
Thanks for the info on property managers job duties. Yes, we know there is another person who drives through; however, the office manager tagged along one time.

But, realistically one or twice a month is not frequent enough because they still don’t know how our Community functions with ongoing changes & demographics of our neighborhood.

We do have a few residents who walk the neighborhood and pick up litter while they’re out and about.

You’ve likely noticed how windy it is around here. It’s common that a few items blow out of trash and recycle bins, too.

We understand. We too who are also proactive in assisting the clean up as we walk (we cleared up litter & etc.. many times and found dirty boxers (one time LOL) ***don’t worry gloves were worn. And very grateful for the ones who do! But, unfortunately cannot rely only a few who actually care about our neighborhood we live in. While the ones who do visit or walk through don’t live in our community.

Notice there has been ongoing traffic in certain parts of the neighborhood from White Carpet trucks, white moving vans, & white transit 8 passenger vans. Has anyone notice this traffic which sometime parks overnight?…..

    • Anonymous says:

I hadn’t noticed that, but I will start keeping an eye open for these vehicles. Is there a specific area they typically park?

      • Anonymous says:

        E. 102nd Court & Monroe St. Culdesac (sometimes parked there) & at this time it’s parked in front of a house with white moving van & white carpet van parked end of driveway.

Thanks! They can legally park on public streets. But if they have expired tags they could be issued a ticket. I’d be interested in where they go after parking the vehicles.

This is very obvious, and you probably know the answer, but does the driver live in one of the nearby homes?

Can you put a poll on the website so we can vote on things?

How do we spark and increase interest and participation in community watch?

    • Anonymous says:

Exposing new people to the site and its information can foster interest. Marketing can get them here, but regularly updated content can bring them back.
